When I posted a picture of these Blondies on Instagram, I immediately got private messages to share the recipe. I fought the urge so bad, because I didn’t want to reveal any of my recipes there, I wanted to do them through this Blog. I shared some recipes for some simple dishes, or I would just share the ingredients, but I never really got into details.
So anyway, back to the the picture above. In a nutshell, the definition of Blondies; brownies minus the chocolate, and cookies minus the chocolate chips. The main ingredient here is brown sugar which gives them the fudgy, chewy, richness. But, I cheated, I added chocolate, in the form of chocolate chips. I’m sorry but there is no such thing as a cookie without chocolate, it really doesn’t make sense. Unless there’s peanut butter, so I added that too. A medley of all things sweet, that’s what these Blondies are 🙂
