Perfect Sugar Cookies

Directions

• Step 1 In a stand mixer, mix together the butter and sugar until completely combined.
• Step 2 Add in the egg and vanilla. Mix in the baking powder, salt, and flour.
• Step 3 Roll out dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface until you reach 2-3 cm thickness. Cut out figures using cookie cutter.
• Step 4 Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 M just before lightly gold.
• Step 5 Leave to cool and serve plain or decorate with “Perfect Frosting” (find recipe in recipe index). You can also add sprinkles.
