I attempted this desert first at a brunch I had made for ladies. I feel like you always need something hot and sweet at brunches. Blueberries melted in violet puddles of cream and the fragrant cinnamon and croissant… yum!

And when you cut that first slice, the creaminess oozes out.. it really is very hard to resist it! I have given out this recipe so much, I decided to make this blog because of it… enjoy!

Blueberry Croissant Bake

If you're feeling like being adventurous, go for chocolate croissant instead of plain.. you won't regret it

Ingredients
  • 3 plain croissant
  • 170 g fresh blueberries (1 pack)
  • 200 g cream cheese (1 pack)
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tp cinnamon
  • 1 tp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • powdered sugar for decoration
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven at 170 degrees celsius
  • Step 2 Cut the croissants into mediums size squares and place all over pyrex dish
  • Step 3 Sprinkle with blueberries
  • Step 4 In a large bowl
  • Step 5 beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until blended. Add milk and keep mixing.
  • Step 6 Pour mixture evenly over pyrex and leave to stand for 20M
  • Step 7 Bake for 20-25M until a little golden from then top
  • Step 8 Serve warm with sprinkled icing sugar
