I attempted this desert first at a brunch I had made for ladies. I feel like you always need something hot and sweet at brunches. Blueberries melted in violet puddles of cream and the fragrant cinnamon and croissant… yum!
And when you cut that first slice, the creaminess oozes out.. it really is very hard to resist it! I have given out this recipe so much, I decided to make this blog because of it… enjoy!
Blueberry Croissant Bake

Ingredients
3 plain croissant
170 g fresh blueberries (1 pack)
200 g cream cheese (1 pack)
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tp cinnamon
1 tp vanilla
1 1/4 cup milk
powdered sugar for decoration
Directions
Step 1 Preheat oven at 170 degrees celsius
Step 2 Cut the croissants into mediums size squares and place all over pyrex dish
Step 3 Sprinkle with blueberries
Step 4 In a large bowl
Step 5 beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until blended. Add milk and keep mixing.
Step 6 Pour mixture evenly over pyrex and leave to stand for 20M
Step 7 Bake for 20-25M until a little golden from then top
